While out on patrol this afternoon, PCSO 6443 came across a vehicle parked on the pavement on Lower Packington Road.

Unfortunately, this turned a simple walk into a side‑step‑into‑traffic adventure 😬 — OK for one pedestrian (just!), but a no‑go for double buggies and mobility scooters, unless you fancy playing real‑life Frogger 🐸🚦.

🚓 The vehicle could have received a Fixed Penalty Notice…
👋 But instead, after a friendly door knock, the keeper was located and the car moved. Everyone wins! ✅

🚨 Reminder: Pavement parking is one of our current beat priorities. Pavements are for people — not cars having a little rest 😴🚗
